DISCLAIMER: This page allows downloads of raw data of reported roadkill either by the public, Idaho Fish and Game, or Idaho Transportation Department. There is the potential for the same roadkill to be reported in more than one observation. Users must assume responsibility in determining the usability of these data for their purposes. Idaho Fish and Game does not assume liability. This dataset displays all the roadkill observations that were reported in Idaho from 1977 to the current date. The sources of these observations are from the Public, Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), and Idaho Fish & Game (IDFG). Reporting roadkill mortalities gives IDFG and ITD information to help prevent wildlife losses and make highways safer.
